Absolutely incompetent and lazy agent.The procedure for transferring the apartment to us was not... performed in accordance with the contract. Upon handing over the apartment, it turned out that, as if by magic, all the photos taken at the time of moving in had been lost. As a result, this loophole allowed the landlord to bill us for "damages" that were not present when we handed over the keys.The agent was rude and made it clear through his demeanor that he was very reluctant to work with us and/or our landlord.I would steer clear of this agency.read more

Alex was very detail oriented and vert fast to reply. He asked for details and was helpful. He was... extremely helpful and nice too. The thing I liked the most about him was his instant, accurate, and fast replies. However, we told him to give us an extension for our decision, he was a little pushy. To be honest, by then he had sent us the contracts but we changed our minds (which we have the right to do, regardless of the reasons to which we havent proceeded). After we told him we will not proceed, he was unprofessional and spoke in a mean manner unfortunately. We even apologized for the inconvenience and he remained very rude in his replies.
