020BEHEER was founded by Alexander Vroom in 2010. Although not having a background in Real-Estate he quickly recognized that the important values from the business world also hold true for the Real-Estate arena.

With a large number of successful matches between house owners and expats, Alexander has developed a very good understanding on what is important for both parties in this newly created relationship.

Claudia May has been active in real estate since the early 2000s and has fulfilled a variety of roles catering to the wishes of house seekers and owners. As such she plays an important role at 020beheer.
